Before the Surgery: Reconstructive surgery requires immense planning. We utilize advanced 3D CT scans, and sometimes 3D-printed models of your bones, to plan the exact cuts, bone grafts, and custom hardware needed before you even enter the operating room.

During the Procedure: These are often long, complex surgeries. The surgeon may perform an **Osteotomy** (strategically cutting the bone to realign the limb axis), utilize **Bone Grafts** (using bone from your pelvis or a bone bank to fill large defects), and install specialized stabilizing hardware to hold the reconstruction together while it heals.

After the Surgery: You will be closely monitored in the hospital for several days. Pain management is a top priority, utilizing epidurals or nerve blocks to keep you comfortable.
